1. Who is responsible

2. Children

Little Page Club is meant for parents, caregivers and teachers. Accounts are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in some countries). Online activities on the site do not ask children for any personal information and do not store their answers. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

3. What we collect, why, and our legal basis

• Email address: to create your account, send sign-in links and service messages, and keep your founding member discount. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Account activity (downloads and the days you visit): to run your account and the daily download limit. Legal basis: contract.
• Purchase information (plan, country, purchase status, never your full card number): received from Paddle to give you member access. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations.
• Emails about new worksheets: occasional updates about new worksheets and your member discount. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it.
• Technical data (device, browser, pages visited): to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Who we share data with

• Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes your order, payment, taxes, refunds and invoices under its own privacy notice.
• Service providers who help us run the site: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and our email delivery provider. They only process data on our instructions.
• Professional advisers such as accountants, where needed.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may store data outside your country, including in the EU and the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

• Account data: while your account is open, deleted within 30 days after you ask us to close it.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Download history: up to 2 years.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU, the UK, Türkiye under KVKK, and US states such as California), you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. 8. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, limit who can access personal data, and choose providers with strong security practices.

10. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. Important changes will be emailed to account holders.
