Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Little Page Club is operated by Sedat Seyrek, Eski habibler mahallesi, Güller sokak, No:4 Kat:4 Daire:18 Sultangazi/İstanbul Türkiye ("we", "us", "our"). When you use littlepageclub.com or buy a membership, your agreement is with us.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy a membership. Children may use printed worksheets with an adult.

3. Our order process and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. When you buy a membership, the Paddle Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

4. Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at hello@littlepageclub.com if you think someone else has used it.

5. Free launch period

Until December 31, 2026, signed-in users may download up to 10 worksheets per day free of charge. From January 1, 2027, Little Page Club becomes a membership service and free accounts may download 1 worksheet per day.

6. Founding member discount

Everyone who creates an account before January 1, 2027 is a founding member. Founding members get 20% off the yearly membership price for as long as their yearly membership continues without interruption. If a founding member cancels and later joins again, the regular price applies. The discount is linked to the email address on the account and cannot be transferred.

7. Memberships, billing and renewal

• Memberships are billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices shown on our Membership page.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle where required.
• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account or through Paddle at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• If we change the price of a membership, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal.

8. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 30 days of any payment. See our Refund Policy.

9. How you may use our worksheets

All worksheets, designs, fonts, text and images on the site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to print worksheets for your own family or your own students. You may not sell them, share the files publicly, upload them to other sites or remove our notices. Details are on How you can use our pages.

10. Things you must not do

• Use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Send spam or misuse our forms.
• Infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property.
• Interfere with the security of the site, for example by uploading malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping or bulk downloading content.
• Share your account or use automated tools to download worksheets.

11. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account if there is a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

12. Our service

We work hard to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Worksheets are educational practice materials and are not a substitute for professional advice about your child’s development.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell members by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
